1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email or SMS. Once your order is confirmed, our logistics team prepares it for dispatch.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines
We offer Nationwide Free Delivery across Pakistan:
- Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Faisalabad, etc.): 3 to 5 business days.
- Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4 to 7 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges
We are pleased to offer FREE Shipping on all orders nationwide within Pakistan with no minimum order value required.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Order Verification
- We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all eligible delivery locations across Pakistan.
- For smooth delivery, our representative or courier team may contact you via phone/WhatsApp to confirm your delivery address before dispatch. Please ensure your contact details provided at checkout are accurate.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link/SMS via courier partners (such as TCS, Call Courier, M&P, Leopard, or Trax). You can use this tracking number to follow your parcel's journey.

6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery at:
